Return/Refunds policy


The purchaser of each one year Safety Navigator system access product accepts that we the seller - Safety Navigator - do not provide 'returns' of purchaser funds once the product has been delivered.

Purchase of the one year access to the Safety Navigator system gives the purchaser the right to access the system online and use of all online 'tools', resources, templates and storage space contained within the system.

The purchaser of each one year Safety Navigator system access product accepts that we the seller (Safety Navigator) do not provide 'returns' of purchaser funds once the product has been delivered.

Purchase of the one year access to the Safety Navigator system gives the purchaser the right to access the system online (at www.safetynavigator.com.au) and use of all online 'tools', resources, templates and storage space contained within the system.

We offer a guarantee that provided you have been using the system in accordance with email reminder instructions and for whatever reason the system does not or stops working, we will refund the purchase price.


Order Processing

Once the purchaser has made online payment with a valid credit card a receipt of payment (tax invoice) will be issued within 24 hours to the purchaser's nominated email account.

A 'welcome email' will also be sent to the same email address the purchaser nominated within the 24 hours of purchasing the one year access to the Safety Navigator system.

The 'welcome email' contains the first week instructions on a key task the purchaser (on behalf or their workplace) must undertake and the WHSMS plan which outlines the initial 26 week plan and ongoing email reminders the purchaser will receive, each of which explain the process and guidance on which system 'tool' to use to complete the task.

Should the purchaser not receive one of or both of a) the receipt of payment (tax invoice) email and/or b) the 'welcome email' they are advised to contact Safety Navigator online immediately via email:
