Safety regulators WorkSafe Victoria are being accused of bullying in its workplace, with staff members alleging their bosses are the culprit, an investigation in the Age has found.

Senior WorkSafe staff reportedly say they know of eight bullying-related complaints currently before, or heading to, Fair Work Australia.

WorkSafe denies the allegations as reported in theABC, stating it will have a dispute resolution process and will call upon external people where appropriate.

The Community and Public Sector Union have been called upon for an inquiry into WorkSafe's culture, revealing to the ABC that it is aware of numerous complaints of bullying against senior staff.
