The model WHS Regulations and the National Compliance and Enforcement Policy will be made available shortly on the Safe Work Australia website.

The first stage model Codes of Practice are currently being prepared for publishing. Subscribe to the Safe Work Australia's subscription service to receive notification when model Codes of Practice are available.
