Work Health and Safety Qld Information Sessions

You are invited to our Safe Work Month 2013 information sessions.

Hear from inspectors and advisors about how you can improve your health and safety systems, injury prevention and return to work practices.

Each session will include:

• an overview of regional safety priorities
• what an inspector looks for during a workplace visit
• establishing good return to work practices
• a case study of lessons learned
• presentations on topics relevant to the region (electrical safety, rural plant, young worker, worker health and wellbeing etc.)
• information on joining safety networks
• information on the Zero Harm at Work Leadership Program.

These sessions are for all industries and aimed at:

• business owners and employers
• managers and supervisors
• health and safety advisors, officers and representatives.

The sessions will run for two hours and the cost to attend is $33 (inc GST).
