Workplace Health and Safety Queensland is investigating a fatal incident that occurred on Tuesday 12 May 2015 on a gazetted road south of Tambo.

A cattle drover who was riding a motorcycle back to the camp site after checking on stock died when an item he was carrying became entangled in the chain area of the bike and pulled him off.
